Saturday 3/16 Magic Dual GS Details:
No online registration - payment is day of cash or check only - $45 entry fee.
Aside from the above, I have no info on this race. Let's plan on coaches meeting athletes at 8:10 am in front of the base lodge. If it is the same as year's past, there will be a dual in the morning and another in the afternoon - both races will involve all athletes. Awards will be by best two runs (I think best on red + best on blue). Be aware the lift takes a LONG time to get to the top. First run will probably start at 9:30 am. It will definitely be a fun day! Magic is a great place to ski, but you can take a short hike to the race trail.
Saturday 3/16 Stubby SL at Suicide Six:

Bib/ticket pick up is 7:30-8:30 am at the Ski Runners Building (on the right side, past the lift if you are looking the lodge). We must keep our stuff in the lodge. Coaches will meet athletes at 8:10 am outside of the lodge. First run starts at 9:30 am. Looks like there will probably be a reset which means a second run inspection. Athletes should pay attention to coaches for directions on timing. Parent tickets are $40 at the ticket window, but you don't need to ski to watch the race.
Sunday 3/17 at Stubby SL Willard:
No online registration - payment is day of cash or check only - $45 or 35 entry fee (depends where you look?? be prepared for either).
Registration is the base lodge from 7:30-8:30. Coaches will meet athletes at 8:40 am by the base of the lift. The race trail is right next to the lift and visible on foot. First run starts at 9:45 am. There will be a reset before second run. Listen to coaches for info on timing. Be aware no dogs are allowed at Willard. Also, I won't venture to give directions, just GPS it, but know that it is about 1.5 hours away and you will feel like you are lost driving through cow pastures, but then you will make a turn and there it is!
Sunday 3/17 U10 Dual GS at Killington:
Same drill for registration as last weekend. Bib and Ticket pick up Ski Club 7:30-8:30 am. You don't have to re-register if you were signed up last weekend. Coaches will meet athletes at 8 am outside of the base lodge. First run starts at 9:30 am. Boys run first in bib order. First and second run will be back to back as each athlete takes one run on each course. It seems from the fact sheet if all boys will do both runs and then all girls will do both runs, but I would be surprised if Boys and Girls didn't both take their first run, then all take their second run. Either way both runs are in regular bib order. Day should wrap up by about noon if all goes well!
